The Problem

When the Pressure Drops at the Equipment, Production Drops With It

Compressed air can be the most energy-intensive utility in a plant, and it leaks quietly the whole time. A system that is poorly piped or full of leaks lets the pressure drop at the equipment when demand peaks, so equipment and processes run slow or out of spec. We install the system to meet demand, run the piping to TSSA standards, and test for leaks, so full pressure reaches the equipment.

What We Do

Compressors, Dryers, Filters, Regulators and Distribution

Industrial compressed air systems: air compressor installation, dryers, filters, regulators and receivers, and compressed air piping, installed and tested for your plant.

  • Air Compressor Installation

Rotary screw and reciprocating compressors installed, piped and tied into your system.

  • Compressed Air Piping

Stainless steel, aluminum, copper or black-iron distribution piping, sloped and installed for clean, dry shop air.

  • Dryers, Filters, Regulators & Receivers

Refrigerated and desiccant air dryers, receivers and oil separators, with filters and regulators after the dryers for clean, dry, regulated air.

  • Leak Testing & Energy

System audits and leak testing to find and cut lost air across your distribution.

  • Point-of-Use & Drops

Drops, filters and regulators at the equipment, so pressure is right where the work is.

  • Testing, TSSA & Tie-In

Receivers and pressure components handled to TSSA requirements, tested and tied in to code.

Installed and Leak-Tight

A System That Holds Pressure at the Equipment

Compressed air is expensive to make and easy to waste. We install the compressor and receiver to meet demand, run clean distribution piping, dry and filter the air, and test for leaks. Bringing full pressure to the equipment reduces wasted energy. Receivers and pressure components are handled to TSSA requirements.

Food & Beverage

The Food and Beverage Plants in Ontario Already Know Us

We have extensive experience servicing Tier-1 food and beverage process plants. When you call, the crew that shows up has already run the systems your plant depends on.

  • Food and Beverage Is Core Work for UsWe have extensive experience servicing Tier-1 food and beverage process facilities across the GTA, so your systems and standards are familiar ground.
  • Stainless, Welded for CleanabilityStainless process utility piping, welded and finished so it cleans down the way a food plant needs.
  • We Know Dairy and Food Process SystemsSteam distribution, glycol and chilled-water loops, boilers, hot-water skids and process gas, the systems that actually run a food or dairy plant.
  • Built Around Your ProductionTie-ins and shutdowns planned around your run schedule and washdown windows, so the line keeps moving.
  • One Partner for the Whole PlantThe same house that pipes your process also moves the machine, aligns the line and services the dock door.

All Industries We Serve

You Should Not Have to Explain Your Plant

The crew we send has already run piping, boilers and process systems in plants like yours.

Safety

Everything Considered. Everyone Ready.

The best mechanical work passes inspection the first time and never leaks under pressure. Every gas, steam and high-pressure job is planned, isolated and tested before your plant relies on it.

  • Signed Off Before We StartA job hazard assessment and a toolbox talk before anyone opens a live line or fires a boiler.
  • Locked Out and IsolatedLockout, tagout and line isolation coordinated with your plant before any tie-in or changeover.
  • Licensed for the WorkTSSA-registered, with licensed people on every gas, steam and high-pressure job and licensed trades throughout.
  • Welded and Tested to CodeInspected welds and pressure tests before a system goes back into service, documented for your records.
  • Hot Work ControlledHot-work permits, fire watch and ventilation on welding and cutting inside your facility.
  • Everyone Goes HomeWSIB in good standing, full insurance, and a safety record we hand to your EHS team.

How It Works

From Your First Call to a System That Runs

We can take a project design-build, managing scope, value engineering, procurement, installation and start-up as one package, so you have one partner from the first call to the last sign-off.

  1. Call or Tender Package

It starts with your call or a tender package. We visit the site and confirm the scope with you before anything is priced.

  2. Quote and Award

You get a fixed, scoped quote, a price we stand behind with no surprise change orders. Once it is awarded, we plan the work.

  3. Value Engineering

We value-engineer the design with you to maximize value, improve constructability and hold the schedule before anything is ordered.

  4. Procurement

We procure the equipment and the materials, so specification and lead times are managed as one package.

  5. Install, Pipe and Start Up

We install the compressor and receiver, run and pressure-test the distribution piping, then start up the system and test it for leaks.

  6. Clean Up and Support

We clean up the site, hand over the documentation, and stay on as your mechanical partner after start-up.

Why ReadyForce

Why Plants Call ReadyForce for Compressed Air

  • Installed to Meet Demand

Compressor and receiver installed for your real demand, so you have the pressure you need when the plant is at full load.

  • One Partner for the Whole Plant

The same house that runs your air also pipes the process, the boiler and the utilities around it.

  • Leak-Tight and Energy-Smart

Clean piping and leak testing, so the system holds its pressure.

  • Built Around Your Production

Tie-ins and shutdowns planned around your run schedule, with temporary air if you need it.

  • Clean, Dry, Regulated Air

Refrigerated and desiccant dryers, filters and regulators so moisture and oil do not reach your equipment or product.

  • Design and Build

We can take a project design-build, with scope, value engineering, procurement, installation and start-up managed as one accountable package.
