ReadyForce Packed and Ready Contest: Official Contest Rules

1. Sponsor

The Contest is sponsored by ReadyForce Industrial Services Inc., 1317 Cardiff Blvd Mississauga, ON L5S 1R1 (the "Sponsor"), operating as ReadyForce.

2. Contest period

The Contest opens at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time on October 1, 2026 and closes at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on December 4, 2026 (the "Contest Period"). Entries received outside the Contest Period are void. The Sponsor’s computer clock is the official timekeeper.

3. Eligibility

To be eligible to enter and to win, an entrant must meet all three of the following conditions at the time of entry:

• Be a resident of the Province of Ontario.
• Be 18 years of age or older.
• Be a current customer of ReadyForce or one of its divisions, being Ready Machinery, Valley Mechanical, and Begley Overhead Doors & Docks.

For the purposes of these rules, a "current customer" means a person, or an authorized representative of a business, with an active account in the Sponsor's records showing at least one purchase, service call, or other transaction in the thirty-six (36) months before the Contest opens. The Sponsor's own records are the sole and final authority on whether an entrant is a current customer.

Employees, officers, directors, agents and representatives of the Sponsor, its parent, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, its advertising and promotional agencies, the suppliers of the prizes, and anyone domiciled with any of them, are not eligible to enter or win.

4. No purchase necessary

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Purchasing anything from the Sponsor does not improve an entrant’s chances of winning.

5. How to enter

There are three ways to enter, and all three carry the same weight:

• Text the word "READY" to (905) 875-0255 from your mobile phone. Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply.
• Scan the QR code on the mailed postcard, or go to ReadyForceIND.com/PackedandReady, and complete the entry form.
• At no cost, hand-print your full name, mailing address, telephone number, email address and the words "Packed and Ready" on a plain piece of paper and mail it in a stamped envelope to 1317 Cardiff Blvd Mississauga, ON L5S 1R1. Entries must be postmarked no later than December 4, 2026 and received no later than December 7, 2026. One entry per envelope. Mechanically reproduced entries are void.

Limit one entry per person for the entire Contest Period, regardless of the method used. One entry enters you in both draws. Duplicate entries from the same person, telephone number or email address will be disqualified.

Whichever method you use, the name, telephone number and email address you submit must match a current customer record held by the Sponsor. Customer status is verified before a selected entrant is declared a winner, as set out in section 10.

6. Prizes

There are two prize packs, each of equal approximate value:

• Prize 1: Milwaukee PACKOUT bundle, carrying the ReadyForce mark. Contents itemized at ReadyForceIND.com/PackedandReady. Approximate retail value: CAD $1,500.
• Prize 2: Yeti bundle, carrying the ReadyForce mark. Contents itemized at ReadyForceIND.com/PackedandReady. Approximate retail value: CAD $1,500.

The total approximate retail value of all prizes is CAD $3,000.

Two entrants will be selected. The first eligible entrant selected chooses which of the two prize packs they wish to receive. The second eligible entrant selected receives the remaining prize pack. Once a pack has been chosen it is no longer available.

Each prize must be accepted as awarded and is not transferable. There is no cash equivalent and no substitution by the winner. The Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize cannot be supplied for any reason. The winner is responsible for any applicable taxes and for all costs not specifically listed as part of the prize.

7. Odds of winning

The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Contest Period.

8. The draws

Two random draws will be conducted from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period, at draw location - tbk, 562 Wellington Street, London, ON N6A 3R5 on December 8, 2026 at 10am Eastern Time, by a representative of the Sponsor in the presence of an independent witness. The entrant selected in the first draw has the choice of prize pack, as set out in section 6. The entrant selected in the second draw receives the remaining pack. No entrant may win more than one prize. If an entry already selected is drawn a second time, it is set aside and another entry is drawn.

9. Skill-testing question

Before being declared a winner, the selected entrant must correctly answer, without assistance of any kind and within five minutes of being asked, a mathematical skill-testing question. Sample question: (5 + 3) x 4 - 2 = ?

10. Notification, claim period and re-draws

The selected entrant will be contacted by text message and by telephone at the number submitted with the entry, on the day of the draw or the next business day. The selected entrant has seven calendar days from the first contact attempt to respond, correctly answer the skill-testing question, and sign and return the declaration and release described below.

Before a selected entrant is declared a winner, the Sponsor will verify that the entrant was a current customer, as defined in section 3, at the time of entry.

If a selected entrant cannot be reached, declines the prize, answers the skill-testing question incorrectly, does not return the signed declaration and release within seven days, is not verified as a current customer, or is found to be ineligible for any other reason, that entrant forfeits the prize and the Sponsor may draw another entry. The Sponsor will continue drawing until the prize is awarded or until January 15, 2027, after which the prize may go unawarded.

The Sponsor will announce the winners publicly once they have been confirmed under this section.

11. Declaration and release

Before receiving a prize, the selected entrant must sign a declaration and release confirming that the entrant is eligible, has complied with these rules, accepts the prize as awarded, and releases the Sponsor, its parent, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, its advertising and promotional agencies, the prize suppliers and each of their employees, officers, directors and agents from any liability connected with the Contest or with the acceptance, use or misuse of a prize.

12. Publicity

By accepting a prize, the winner consents to the Sponsor using the winner's first name, city of residence, photograph, image, voice and statements about the Contest in any advertising or publicity, in any medium, without further notice or compensation, except where prohibited by law.

13. Privacy and messages

Personal information collected through this Contest is used only to administer the Contest, and is handled in accordance with the Sponsor's privacy policy at https://readyforceind.com/privacy and with applicable privacy legislation.

Information collected through this Contest may be stored and processed outside Canada, including in the United States, by service providers acting for the Sponsor. While it is held outside Canada it may be accessible to the courts and law enforcement of that country.

Entering the Contest does not sign you up for marketing messages. If you choose to receive news, offers or service reminders from the Sponsor, you do that through a separate opt-in, and you can withdraw your consent at any time by replying STOP to any text message or by using the unsubscribe link in any email.

14. General conditions

• The Sponsor may cancel, suspend or amend the Contest, in whole or in part, at any time, subject to the approval of any regulator whose approval is required.
• Entries that are late, incomplete, illegible, damaged, forged, or generated by script, macro, bot or any automated or bulk entry method are void.
• The Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are lost, misdirected, delayed or not received, or for any technical failure, network outage, or error in transmission.
• The Sponsor may disqualify any person who tampers with the entry process or the operation of the Contest, or who acts in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike way.
• All decisions of the Sponsor on any matter relating to this Contest are final and binding.
• Entrants should check their own employer's policy on accepting gifts before entering.
• Milwaukee Tool and YETI are not sponsors of this Contest, are not affiliated with it, and are not responsible for it in any way. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

15. Governing law

This Contest is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario. The Contest is void where prohibited by law.
