How Fast Can You Get a Crew on Site?

Fast, and it depends on the job. A breakdown gets a same-day response, often within hours. Planned installs and shutdowns are booked to your window with the crew and permits lined up ahead. Either way you get a real date, and we tell you early if anything puts it at risk.

Will the Quote Change Once You Start?

No surprise change orders. We scope the job on your floor before we price it, so the number you approve is the number you pay. If something on site changes the scope, you hear it from us first, before any cost moves.

Do I Actually Need a 433A Licensed Millwright?

For most industrial installs and alignment in Ontario, yes. A licensed 433A Millwright helps protect your warranty, your insurance position and your uptime, and the sign-off holds up with your OEM and compliance teams. Every ReadyForce job is staffed with certified millwrights.

Can You Work Our Shutdown Window or Off-Hours?

That is how most of our work happens. We plan around your shutdown, nights or weekends, so the line is back up on your schedule. If a timeline is ever at risk, you hear it early, not on the last day.

Can One Company Handle the Whole Job?

Yes. Millwrights is one of four ReadyForce divisions, so rigging, process utility piping and the dock doors are one call and one accountable partner for the whole scope.

Do Your Millwrights Weld?

Yes. Welding and fabrication are in-house and CWB-certified, in the shop and in the field, in MIG, TIG and stick. The same crew that sets your equipment fabricates and welds what the job needs.

Can You Handle the Electrical Hookup?

Accepted Answer

We handle the full mechanical side, setting, mounting and aligning, up to the point of connection. Final electrical hookup is made by a licensed electrician, and we can carry, manage and coordinate that for you so it stays one call.

Are Your Crews Union?

Our Millwrights are non-union, so we work non-union sites directly.

Will I Get Alignment and Commissioning Documentation?

Yes. You get the alignment readings, a documented commissioning sign-off, inspection notes and photos, captured digitally on site and handed back for your OEM and compliance teams.

What Does an Industrial Millwright Actually Do?

A millwright installs, levels, aligns and connects the heavy machinery that runs a plant, then keeps it running. We set new equipment to the manufacturer's spec, align the rotating gear, weld and fabricate what is needed, and get a machine back up fast when it goes down. If it is bolted to your floor and has to run true, that is millwright work.

Will the Install Keep Our OEM Warranty Intact?

Yes. We install and document to the manufacturer's manuals and spec, so the equipment warranty stays intact. We can also work with your OEM directly to honour warranty requirements on the install.

What Size and Weight of Equipment Can You Handle?

Accepted Answer

From single machines to large presses and full production lines, up to 600 tons with gantry cranes and up to 80 tons with forklifts. Tell us the make, model and weight and we will give you a straight answer on whether it is in our wheelhouse. Usually it is, and our own rigging and lifting gear is how we get it in place.

Are You Registered in Our Contractor-Compliance System?

Yes, including ISNetworld, Avetta, ComplyWorks and SafeContractor, with certificates of insurance, WSIB clearance and daily job hazard assessments ready for your procurement and EHS teams, and lift plans as required.

Who Do I Talk to During the Job?

One point of contact from sales and project management, with updates through the job, and a foreman on site you can talk to directly. If anything feels off, you have a direct line, not a queue.

What Certifications and Insurance Can You Show?

WSIB in good standing, commercial general liability of $5MM aggregate, $2MM per occurrence and an $8MM umbrella, CWB-certified welders, 433A licensed Millwrights and certified hoisting operators. We are Controlled Goods Program certified and registered with ISNetworld, Avetta, ComplyWorks and SafeContractor, and we turn a certificate of insurance around in about an hour.
