Lock Out & Disconnect
Power, fluids and process safely isolated, drained and disconnected, following strict lockout procedure.
Dismantle & Match-Mark
Taken apart in the right order with connections labelled, so it can be reinstalled or resold as a working asset.
Rig Out & Load
Rigged out through the access you have, then loaded and secured for transport, storage, resale or scrap.
Clear & Hand Back
Site cleared and handed back ready for the next use, with the equipment on its way to resale, storage or scrap.

Some machines come out headed for a buyer or another plant, others for scrap. We do both often. Equipment with a next life is dismantled and match-marked so it goes back together as a working machine, and we can coordinate storage to arrange resale or redeployment. Equipment at the end of its run is scrapped responsibly.
