Built to Hold a Fire Separation
A fire-rated door is a labelled rolling door built for a rated opening. When an alarm, detector or fusible link triggers, it closes on its own at a governed speed to hold the barrier against smoke and flame. Rated openings are required by building code, and we drop test and certify what we install.
