Each visit is a full inspection and tune-up of your doors and docks, with a written report of what we found and what we recommend.
Doors
Springs, cables, rollers, tracks, sections, seals and operators inspected, adjusted and lubricated, with safety reversal and photo-eyes tested.
Docks
Levelers, seals and shelters, vehicle restraints and bumpers checked, adjusted and safety-tested as one loading system.
Report and Recommendations
A written condition report after every visit, flagging worn parts and safety items before they become a breakdown.
Repairs, Only When Needed
Small adjustments are handled on the visit. Larger repairs are quoted for your approval, never started as a surprise.
